The inaugural exhibition in our Locals Only gallery showcases Boulder-based digital artist Allyson McDuffie. With selections from her recent solo exhibition Tomboy & Old Salty hosted at The Gallery @ Bus Stop Apartments, McDuffie explores personal identity, placemaking, and deploys an iconographical visual language full of layered texture, rendered roosters and red cardinals, and mundane domestic objects such as a backyard grill or plastic lounge chairs.
