Our winter production will be a full evening of contemporary ballet featuring the collaborative voices of three distinct, powerful choreographers – Andrea Schermoly, Brandon Ragland, and Ben Needham-Wood. Inspired by ground-breaking research on our physical body’s capacity to improve personal wellness, this program will shepherd audiences along a personal journey of reflection, revelation, and empowerment. These three unique, yet intertwined, dance pieces aim to amplify the importance of mental health and the benefits of movement as a therapeutic modality.
Content Note: MINDFIELD deals with the processing and healing of trauma. The choreography contains brief simulations and suggestions of physical violence that may be distressing to some viewers.
