NOTE: 5 week maximum rental for Grace Gamm and Carsen Theaters

For all ticketed events, tickets must go through the Dairy’s Hartman Box Office.
Please indicate the number of performances for your ticketed event.
Technical Requests
Dairy technician required for any tech in the Gordon and Grace Gamm Theaters. Please specify below the times you need a technician.
Please describe the technical elements of your show or event.
Equipment Requests
Tables and Chairs available for lobby and gallery events only: 6 6-foot banquet tables | 60 folding chairs | 8 high-top tables | 26 high stools
If table and chairs are needed, please indicate how many of each.
Food and Beverage Needs
If you plan to have catered food and/or alcohol service, please provide details and expected number of attendees. NOTE: All beverages must be must be purchased through the Polk Cafe.
