Masani Salazar is from Taos Pueblo and Santa Ana Pueblo. She is a student at Centaurus High School. She is an athlete and participates in sports (volleyball, basketball, and golf) year-round. She is Co-Chair of AIYLI and recently received the Boulder County 2019 Community Action Program Youth Award. I have lived in Boulder Colorado my whole life and volunteer in youth activities that develop leadership skills and enjoy supporting events that give back to my community. I want to represent a good image for all Native people and tell others who we really are. My favorite food is sushi.
