TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VIRTUAL EVENTS

Virtual Events

Live Events: All live Virtual Events will be held as a webinar via Zoom technology. To tune in, you will need a computer, phone, tablet or another personal electronic device with audio capabilities connected to the internet. You will need to create a free Zoom account in order to participate. If you are new to Zoom, follow this link as a helpful guide to learn about joining and participating in a webinar. We are streaming this event as a webinar, meaning that if you are in the audience, you can see and hear our performers, but they cannot see or hear you. However, that doesn’t mean you cannot interact with the performers. Use that both the CHAT and Q&A features, to interact with our performers, Dairy Staff, and each other, ask questions and let us know how we are doing.

The private link and password to all Zoom events will be sent via email from the Dairy Box Office on the DAY OF YOUR EVENT approximately 45 minutes prior to the start time. We will open the “doors” for registered attendees to access all live virtual events approximately 15 minutes before the start time. If you do not receive the invitation prior to your event via email from the Dairy Arts Center, please contact the Dairy’s staff at office@thedairy.org. There will be someone monitoring this email at the time of any Live Virtual Event.

Pre Recorded Video: For Password protected prerecorded performances, the private password and video link will be emailed to you on the ticket attachment from the Dairy Box Office. Check your email for an order confirmation from “The Dairy Box Office” and open the PDF ticket attachment.

Ticket Donations
The Dairy Arts Center respectfully requests that patrons donate $5, $10 or $20 to attend virtual events to benefit Dairy Arts Center and the Presenting Organization as arts organizations are relying on your generous support during this time maintain operations. However, we understand this is a difficult for everyone and that not everyone has the capacity to donate at this time. If you are unable to make a donation, but would like to attend a Free Range Dairy virtual event, please contact our staff at office@thedairy.org

Hartman Box Office Ticketing Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. You will be able to access all live virtual events approximately 15 minutes before the start time. Refunds will not be permitted due to late or missed event attendance.

As of today, 3/12/2020, The Dairy Arts Center remains open and operational. Should scheduling changes occur, ticket holders will be directly notified by The Dairy Arts Center.
