Stella Witcher is the Visual Arts Curator at the Dairy Arts Center, bringing a breadth of experience curating immersive exhibitions and multimedia arts programs across the US, Europe, and Canada. Stella’s career has been dedicated to fostering intersectional creative communities and championing innovative practices that connect artists and audiences.
Before joining the Dairy Arts Center, Stella served as the Gallery Coordinator at Galerie ERGA in Montreal, where they transformed the space into a vibrant hub for emerging and established Canadian artists. Prior to that, Stella spent over 15 years in London, working as a curator and producer with institutions such as Tate Britain, San Mei Gallery, Bushwig NYC, Casa Lu in Mexico, and Residencia Corazon in Argentina.
With a passion for uniting diverse disciplines and creative voices, Stella fosters inclusive artistic experiences that amplify important stories, build community, and inspire out-of-the-box thinking. Their programming often blends art, science, and technology to explore innovative tools for society’s future.
Stella is excited to contribute to the legacy of the Dairy Arts Center as a hub for pioneering arts programming and to support Boulder’s vibrant creative community.
