Improv is one of the most effective tools we can use to build confidence, better learn to trust our instincts, develop collaboration skills, and find joy in the unknown. This workshop focuses on active listening, emotional truth, spontaneity, and staying present in the moment. Participants will learn how improvisation can improve their daily lives. NOTE: This workshop is for individuals with little or no experience performing on stage. This class is limited to 20 participants.
