Cultivating Resilience in Times of Uncertainty: An Embodied Approach to Finding Calm in the Chaos
March 16 @ 9:00 am
$25
In times of change and unpredictability, resilience isn’t just about pushing through—it’s about finding steadiness within.
This experiential workshop offers an introduction into embodied practices that help you stay grounded, present, and adaptable, no matter what life brings.
Through guided movement, embodied awareness, and interactive exercises, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, access inner clarity, and cultivate a felt sense of resilience that goes beyond mindset alone. This is an opportunity to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, strengthen your capacity to navigate uncertainty, and emerge with greater confidence, ease, and self-trust.
Join us for a powerful exploration of resilience—not as something to strive for, but as something you can embody.

About Julie: Since 1992, I’ve immersed myself in the study of embodiment through diverse approaches and teachers, including Leadership Embodiment, the Strozzi Institute, Equine-Guided Coaching, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, yoga meditation, conscious dance, massage therapy, and breathwork.
Embodiment is the bridge between our physical bodies and our experience of life. It shapes how we perceive the world, connect with others, and give meaning to our existence. Ignoring our sensate experience cuts us off from vitality, clarity, confidence, and connection.
When I finally embraced my sensate experience, I began to heal past traumas, cultivate a deep sense of self-worth, transform my relationships, and access a wellspring of wisdom and compassion. I found the strength to thrive—not just survive—and discovered how to speak with clarity, listen with an open heart, and live with purpose.
Sharing embodiment is my commitment to helping others deepen their presence, unlock their potential, and create meaningful impact.
