Geoffrey Keys – President and Owner of Keys Commercial Real Estate
Born and raised in Boulder, second-generation real estate professional Geoffrey Keys is
the President and Owner of Keys Commercial Real Estate. Geoffrey has guided Keys
Commercial through almost four decades of commercial transactions. Consistently one
of the area’s top producers, Keys has been a local market leader for many years.
According to the Denver Business Journal’s Book of Lists, Keys Commercial is consistently
listed among the Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Brokerages in Colorado. Keys was also
responsible for acquiring, managing, and leasing a large office building fund in Southern
California starting 1996, successfully exiting that market in 2009 after obtaining strong
returns and appreciation.
An active believer of volunteerism, Geoffrey has been on many civic boards and groups
locally and was the founder and former President of Commercial Brokers of Boulder.
Geoffrey is a member of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Boulder
Partnership, and recently retired from the Board of Directors of Foothills United Way.
