• Over the past fifty years, four federal dams impounding the Lower Snake River in Washington State have been identified as the root cause for the demise of all of Idaho’s anadromous fish.

Now based in Boulder, Colorado, our mission remains unchanged: to present thought-provoking films, shorts, and documentaries that challenge conventions and push creative boundaries. This year’s program brings together emerging voices and established filmmakers from around the globe, sharing powerful cultural stories and daring explorations of the unknown.
