When Erik Weihenmayer became the first blind person to summit Everest, Boulder-based adventure filmmaker Michael Brown was there with cameras rolling, and the award-winning film Farther Than the Eye Can See was the result. When Erik Weihenmayer wanted to solo kayak the length of the Grand Canyon, Michael adapted his skills to film the endeavor, and won the Boulder International Film Festival “Call to Action Award.” Michael Brown will introduce the film.
