Slay the Runway is a fashion design, performance and sewing community for LGBTQIA+ teens and allies. This two-week intensive workshop for teens culminates with an evening runway show premiering at the Dairy Art Center on July 12th.

In addition to garment construction and design, participants will present their collaborations with make-up artists, a DJ, and choreographers to showcase their unique looks and celebrate their identities. This one-night-only event will feature stunning fashion, drag performers and more!

“Slay the Runway’’ is free for all aspiring designers, with costs for each student covered by grants and donations. The workshop was created by the Firehouse Art Center, and sponsors include Atlas Institute at CU and ARC Thrift Store.
