June 2 – Presented in partnership with Colorado Festival of Horror.

COFOH Presents Christmas in June… Black Christmas! June chills in terror with the holly jolly 1974 classic horror film about a killer stalking sorority girls during the Christmas holiday. Black Christmas stars Olivia Hussey, Margot Kidder, and John Saxon, and directed by Bob Clark. That might not be a lump of coal in your stocking. It could be a finger!

About COFOH:

COFOH returns September 15th-17th, 2023, Marriott Denver South at Park Meadows, 10345 Park Meadows Drive, Lone Tree, Colorado. Tickets are available at www.cofestivalofhorror.com

Black Christmas

One part frosty Christmas atmosphere, one part stalk ‘n’ slash magnificence, and all parts awesome, BLACK CHRISTMAS is a timeless, terrifying, and demented holiday tradition. When sorority sisters Olivia Hussey (ROMEO & JULIET), Margot Kidder (SUPERMAN) and Andrea Martin (SCTV) are under attack from a vicious potty-mouthed killer, it’s up to police chief John Saxon to even the odds. But what about Keir Dullea (2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY), the brooding art-school pianist? Could he have something to do with the Christmas rampage? Years before he crafted the ultimate comedic yuletime experience A CHRISTMAS STORY, genre pioneer Bob Clark gave us one of the most influential Hitchcockian slashers of all time. BLACK CHRISTMAS gets everything right.  (Bob Clark, 1972, Canada, 1:38, R)
